The Kittansett Club Dress Code

Dress at Kittansett should always be appropriate for the occasion or activity. The proper attire for men on the golf course or practice range includes slacks or Bermuda length shorts and a collared shirt. For women, suitable attire includes golf skirts, slacks, Bermuda or walking shorts. Sleeveless tops must have collars. Jeans, denim, "cut-offs," running, tennis, gym shorts, and t-shirts are not considered proper attire for either gender. Children are also expected to adhere to proper dress while on Club premises. Hats and caps will be removed at all times while in the clubhouse.  While golf dress has been relaxed at many other clubs, The Kittansett Club adheres to its traditional dress policy.

Appropriate shoes must be worn at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. All golfers must wear SPIKE-LESS shoes. If you have questions regarding your dress or shoes, please ask the golf staff or Club Manager for clarification.

Appropriate casual clothing or golf attire is permitted during all meal periods and functions in the clubhouse unless otherwise stated.

Appropriate dress for member guests, both on the course and in the clubhouse, is the responsibility of the hosting member.
